We offer individually tailored whole person care

We seek to support you in whatever way is right for you as an individual physically, emotionally or spiritually.

ME has a wide spectrum of severity and symptoms, and there is no one size fits all.

Our Support

We offer support in a variety of ways:

  • Consultations by phone, Skype, email
  • Home visits (depending on location)
  • Outpatient appointments

We can also offer support to your carers and family members affected by your illness.

Doctor

Telephone:

For current patients £22 for a 15 minute call.

Home Visit:

Occasional home visits can be arranged, usually within the South/South East of England starting from £250 dependant on travel time.

Clinic:

  • Initial appointment £165
  • Follow up appointment £110
  • Our monthly outpatient clinic takes place on the 3rd Friday of every month
  • Chaperone Statement

Nurse

£27.50 for a 30 minute call.

Home Visit:

Home visits can be arranged, usually within the South East of England, starting from £165, dependant on travel time.

Clinic:

You may see a Nurse together with a Doctor at a first consultation, or the Nurse will offer an initial consultation on her own. She may then provide follow up consultations in the Clinic or by telephone.

Counselling

If you would like counselling or emotional support you will be offered a free 15 minute phone call in order to get an understanding of how best we can help you.

Chaplaincy

We believe that people have needs which can be physical, emotional and spiritual. Our team of chaplains offer spiritual accompaniment to people of all faiths, and to those who are uncertain or have none. You will be offered a free 15-minute telephone conversation to explore how best we can help you.

£44 per hour (Sessions shorter than an hour will be charged pro-rata).

Fees – As a charity we charge fees only to cover our costs. We aim to keep our fees affordable and help is available for those in financial need. An initial assessment call is free of charge. All subsequent consultations are chargeable.

Bursary – Help with up to 50% of fees may be available, depending on your circumstances. Fill in the Bursary Application Form or call our Clinical Administrator on 0208 706 0036.

The Team

Our multi-disciplinary team each have experience in journeying alongside those with ME, acknowledging that each person has individual needs and stories as they endeavour to find health again. We do not offer a quick fix but are committed to helping each person to find a fuller and richer way of life.
